I am sure many, many people are saying. “You have to show me how to embrace my true authentic self.” Others, may be saying, “What the hell you think I have been doing all these years.”
The first thing everyone of us has to do is start off by being true to who we have been up until this very day. Now, do not get upset with me; because owning our shit; is something we do not take pride in doing. ( because we were not taught how to on our shit.) Majority of us were taught how to sweep the shamefulness under the rug. These shameful things would ruin the family reputation or image. So, this lead to keeping things inside with no where to go and no one else should know. I call this (self-shame leading to self destruction eventually.) Today we need to learn how to be true to yourself and in return you will be able to be your authentic self without judgment. This is one of the most hardest task put before us. [Good, Bad, and Ugly] is apart of all our DNA… If we start with admitting to ourself some of the things in our past life we are not pleased with the choices we made or the behavior we injected into the situation. Admitting these examples,,, in your own words, are the first baby steps to being who we want to evolve into as we embrace our authentic self. Oh yes, please, give yourself permission to forgive yourself for the things you are not pleased with or that you would like to approach different in the future when the universe serve you a similar situation. This is not a [Bash Your Ass]. This is a nurturing relationship between the old you and the new evolving you.
Remember when you are taken care of yourself inside-outside. You have so much more to offer others in your circle. This will lead to you having a positive impact in the world [home, family, relationships, workplace, most of all a positive impact in your own life.] As, I give service of love to you all and wishing you a positive impact.
